The National Reading Day is celebrated on 19th June in honour of late P N Panicker, the father of India’s Library Movement. To mark this day St. Theresa’s School conducted an online reading activity for students. The students were given a short paragraph with many spelling errors in it. They were asked to read the paragraph and write the correct spelling of misspelt words. Students participated with great enthusiasm. Thus, there were encouraged to cultivate reading habits as well as develop vocabulary.
