Students from Grades 3 to 5 of St Theresa’s School showcased their artistic flair and imagination during the much-anticipated Animal Mask Making Competition held on the 18th of June. The colorful event brought together young creators from across the elementary grades, each eager to display their unique designs and creative craftsmanship.
The competition was buzzing with excitement as students arrived with masks inspired by animals both domestic and wild. Using materials ranging from paper plates and fabric scraps to glitter, feathers, and recycled items, the participants demonstrated both creativity and environmental awareness.
Winners were selected based on creativity, use of materials, originality, and presentation.
The competition aimed to encourage self-expression, artistic exploration, and teamwork. “Activities like this help students build confidence and think outside the box,” said the school Principal Sr Lourdes.
The event concluded with a lively group video and photo session, capturing the smiles behind the dazzling masks. It was a day filled with color, laughter, and a wonderful celebration of young creativity.
