Teachers' Day was celebrated with incredible gusto and zeal at St. Theresa's School, Bendur, by the students of Grade 10.
The Celebration was anticipated by a day with a Holy Mass at St. Sebastian Church, Bendur, celebrated by Fr. Vivian Rodrigues.
The students of Kindergarten, Lower Primary, and Upper Primary celebrated Teachers' Day with beautiful dances and skits. Every scene in their programme displaced their love and affection for teachers.
On the 5th of September, The Chief Guest for the Teachers' Day celebration was Sr. Shaila, the School Correspondent.
A chende troupe led the teachers in a procession to the main hall, where the program took place. In a spectacular display of affection and admiration, the students poured their hearts out through captivating dances, humourous skits, harmonious songs, and engaging creative games.
During her message, Sr. Shaila, the chief guest, shared two heartwarming incidents that underscored the value of teachers recognized the immeasurable value of teachers, and acknowledged the unwavering dedication and selfless efforts of every educator.
The program wrapped up with a wishing song. To add to the memories, a selfie stand was set up. To express their heartfelt gratitude, the students presented flower saplings and bookmarks as tokens of appreciation to their mentors
All the teachers appreciated the overwhelming zeal and enthusiasm of the students for making such a glorious event to cherish forever.
