Like a Canvas waiting for a masterpiece to reveal itself, the academic year 2023-24 is an invitation to unlock our potential, unleash our creativity and embrace the unknown.
The new academic year began with the gathering of grade 1 to grade 10 students for an assembly that was conducted by the cabinet members of Std X.
It was a moment to celebrate the accomplishments of children no matter how big or small a child is.
The assembly began by invoking God’s grace on the institution, teachers, and students. God’s protection was implored on each one of us.
Students performed a theatrical dance on the life of a student with the theme “All is well”. A student’s life from the first day of school wherein parents encourage their children to go to school. Finally, it is the teacher who motivates them to mingle with friends and spend their school life with happiness.
The Principal Sr.Lourdes addressed the gathering and welcomed all the children and teachers and expressed her joy to see life on campus again. She told the students to be Excellent Theresian by obeying the teachers and elders. She emphasized on good study habits and disciplined oneself in every aspect. She also briefed them about the rules and regulations to be followed in school.
She introduced the new Vice Principal for the year, Sr. Reena D’Souza, and new teachers and students who have joined the School this year. She accorded a warm welcome to them.
The assembly ended with a note that last year is a story that has ended. The coming year is a story that needs time and attention. Each one of us must promise to make it interesting amazing and unique. The students dispersed to their respective classes after the meaningful assembly.
