Grades 3 to 5 of St. Theresa’s School Enjoy the ‘My Thing, My Voice’ Activity
The Primary students of Grades 3 to 5 participated enthusiastically in the ‘My Thing, My Voice’ activity, turning the school day into a delightful celebration of music, confidence and togetherness.
As part of the activity, chits containing the names of various songs from the School Song Book were prepared. The class teachers picked a chit for their respective classes, and the students were given a short time to practise the selected song together.
The students then gathered in the School Auditorium, where each section took to the stage and presented its chosen song. The auditorium resonated with cheerful voices, melodious tunes and enthusiastic participation as the young singers performed with confidence and joy.
The activity provided a wonderful opportunity for the children to express themselves through music while fostering team spirit, confidence, listening skills and a sense of togetherness. It also encouraged the students to appreciate and enjoy singing as a shared experience.
The ‘My Thing, My Voice’ activity concluded on a joyful note, leaving the Primary students and teachers with happy hearts and beautiful musical memories.
