St. Theresa’s School Inaugurates ISC Stream, Opening a New Chapter in its Glorious Journey
St. Theresa’s School marked a historic milestone on 10 June 2026 with the inauguration of the Indian School Certificate (ISC) stream, ushering in a new era in the institution’s illustrious journey of academic excellence and holistic formation.
The solemn and graceful ceremony commenced with an Invocation Hymn, followed by the welcome address delivered by the Principal, Sr Lourdes BS. The occasion was graced by the esteemed presence of Sr Sandhya BS, Secretary of Bethany Educational Society (R), Mangalore, whose vision, encouragement, and unwavering support have been instrumental in bringing the dream of the ISC stream to fruition. Sr Shaila BS, Correspondent of the School, also graced the gathering and administered the Pioneer’s Pledge to the students.
The Lighting of the Sacred Lamp and the Fortitude Flame Ceremony added a profound significance to the event, symbolizing the light of knowledge, courage, and the spirit of excellence that would illuminate the path of the young pioneers embarking on this new academic journey. Addressing the gathering, the Principal expressed heartfelt gratitude to the Management of Bethany Educational Society for their constant support and acknowledged with deep appreciation the trust and confidence reposed by parents in the institution.
