Class X One-Day Outing to Chikmagalur
St. Theresa’s School organized a one-day outing to Chikmagalur for the students of Class X with the aim of providing relaxation and rejuvenation after their academic engagements.
The students were picked up from the school campus at 5.30 a.m. and proceeded towards Chikmagalur. A refreshing breakfast was arranged at Ujire, after which the journey continued amidst enthusiasm and excitement.
The students visited prominent places of interest such as the Siri Statue, Seethalayyanagiri, Mullayanagiri, Honnammanahalla, Shooting Point, Bababudangiri, and Datta Peeta (Z Point). The trip offered a blend of scenic beauty, learning, and joyful moments in nature.
An adventurous trekking experience and an exciting zipline activity were the highlights of the outing and were thoroughly enjoyed by the students. A delicious lunch was provided during the trip.
In the evening, the students were treated to a delicious dinner, after which they returned safely to the school campus at 10.30 p.m.
The outing was well planned and successfully conducted under the guidance of the staff members, ensuring discipline and safety throughout. The trip proved to be a refreshing and memorable experience, helping the students return with renewed energy and enthusiasm.
