Kindergarten Celebrates Karnataka Rajyotsava

Kannada Rajyotsava Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm and pride by the Kindergarten students on 3rd November 2025. The celebration aimed to introduce young learners to the rich culture, language, and heritage of Karnataka, and to instill in them a sense of belonging and respect for the state.

The programme began with a devotional prayer song followed by the welcome dance.
Children dressed in traditional attire looked vibrant and excited as they participated in the event.

The highlight of the celebration was the cultural presentation by the Kindergarten children. They showcased Karnataka’s cultural essence through dynamic dance performances and through melodious songs in Kannada. Children dressed up as renowned Karnataka reformers such as Kuvempu, Akkamahadevi, Basavanna, Mishra Ismail and so on. The tiny performers displayed confidence and joy, earning appreciation from Principal and teachers . A vibrant and energetic tiger dance was performed by the little ones to celebrate the cultural spirit and traditional folk art of karnataka.
The whole programme was presented in kannada language.
The celebration successfully created awareness about Karnataka’s culture among the young students and encouraged them to value and respect regional traditions.

Overall, it was a meaningful and joyful celebration that left lasting impressions on our little learners.
