St. Theresa's School Conducted a Leadership training programme for the Senior and Junior Cabinet students.

Sr. Lillis, BS the former Assistant Superior General of the Bethany Congregation and Vice-President of the Bethany Educational Society was the resource person for the day, the session started with an icebreaker, a game where the students had to make a sound of an animal and form a group. The students were asked to identify the values that helped them to form a group. They said listening, observation, Delegation, Communication, enthusiasm, team spirit, and collaboration helped them. A video clipping was shown to inculcate the above values in the budding leaders. Students imbibed the qualities of the great personalities of the world whom they admired. They were given a checklist to identify their leadership qualities.

Thus the orientation helped the cabinets to prepare them for their role for the coming academic year. The programme ended by singing the song " We shall overcome".

The student representative delivered the vote of thanks.
