Students of grade 5 enjoy their field trip to UVA meridian amusement park:
Field trips are part of the curriculum and are meant to expose students to their actual and practical fields of work.
St.Theresa's School Bendur organised one day field trip for 121 students of grade 5 on October 5, 2023 (Thursday).
It was a journey from mangalore to UVA meridian amusement park kundapur.
The students gathered in the school campus around 6.30 a.m. and at 7.00 a.m after a prayer lead by the Principal Sr Lourdes.
Students had their breakfast at Radha Restaurant in Uchila at 7.45 am and then reached the destination at 9.30 am. The little kids were super excited and kept singing songs in the bus till they reach the venue. Students had their group photographs near the entry of UVA Meridian Amusement Water Park.
On reaching the park, the children enthusiastically explored the alluring beauty and bounties of nature.
They were thrilled to see the Haunted House, Mirror Maze and an exciting 3D Theatre Show. Then they were taken to play some dry games like Train Ride, Trampoline, Frog Ride, Roller Coaster, Water games like Spiral Slider, Baby Pool, a special treat in the Waves Pool and special musical Rain Dance. Every child was given an opportunity to participate and enjoy.
After a tiring and a fun packed morning, we all headed for lunch where all the teachers and children relished with delicious food.
Children loved and enjoyed playing happily in the water park. Then we began our journey back to school.
Class picnic has always been the most awaited day of the year for the students and teachers as it helps in strengthening the bond between them.
