Farewell Mass & Founders’ Cottage visit by Std X students

Thanksgiving mass was held on 30 January 2023 at 9:00 a.m. for the students of class X at St Sebastian Church, Bendur. Fr Leo was the main celebrant who gave an inspiring message: ' We are the salt of the earth and the light of the world. He laid emphasis on the importance of prayers, parents & teachers as guides to the students. The Priest especially blessed all the students. After the mass students visited the Founder RFC Mascarenhas's grave. The outgoing batch class X visited the founders' cottage to seek the blessings of their Founder Msg. RFC Mascarenhas. Sr Mariette the councillor to the Bethany congregation addressed the students advising them to surge ahead and climb the ladder of success through their hard work and dedication following in the footsteps of their founder. She blessed the students and wished them well in all their future endeavours. The teachers in a short prayer service blessed the students who held the light of knowledge and we prayed over with fervour invoking the blessings of the almighty on each one of them may they carry forth the beacon of light to the world.
