In honour of Deepavali, grade 1 and 2 students participated in a fun activity today 7th November 2023. They had to embellish candles and diyas. The pupils decorated the candle and Diya with a variety of ornaments they brought.
Each student carefully decorated their piece either by painting or using stickers, taking their time.
The variety of decorating ideas they came up with was astounding.
Each judge did a fantastic job adorning the Diyas, therefore it was tough for them to make a decision.
Overall the students had a great time today.
